April showers make warm, homemade snacks even better—like our Mini Corn Dog Muffins.
- 1 box of corn muffin mix
- 1 package of Gwaltney Great Dogs, cut into 1-inch bites
- Prepare the muffin mix as directed.
- Spray a mini muffin tin with nonstick spray and spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each cup.
- Place one hot dog bite into the middle of each muffin cup.
- Bake for 8-12 minutes at 375 degrees or until cornbread is golden brown. Cool in mini muffin tin for 5 minutes before serving.
